SOTC HEARTWORM CLINIC for SOTC Members

At the SOTC building, 6392 Deere Rd.

In order to have enough time to order the test kits, please have your responses in by April 18, 2024. Orderd will be placed on that date – if you don’t get your response in before then, we cannot guarantee that a test kit will be available for your dog.

Also, please check with your vet to make sure they will accept the test results.

SOTC provides the test kits at cost and our members volunteer their services – this is not a profitable event. Therefore: NO APPOINTMENTS WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT PAYMENT AND NO REFUNDS ONCE THE ORDER IS PLACED.

The cost of the snap 4dx test (Detects heartworm and 3 tick-borne diseases: Lyme disease,
Ehrlichia ewingii, anaplasma platys, anaplasma phagocytophilum, and ehrlichia canis) is $35.00
