Priority Registration is given to SOTC instructors and assistants. Priority registration starts on September 30, 2024. If there are more than 12 requests for working spots, a random draw will be held to fill the spots and the rest will be on the priority waiting list.

SOTC Member registration opens October 7, 2024. If there are working spots still available after Priority registration closes, a random draw will be held to fill the open working spots. You will be placed on the waiting list if the working spots are filled.

General registration opens October 15, 2024. If there are no working spots still available, a random draw will be held to fill the working spots. If not, you will be placed on the waiting list.

Lunch, snacks and water/coffee/tea will be provided to all who pre-register for either working or audit spots. No special dietary restrictions will be available, so plan accordingly.

We will accept Auditor Walk-ins if there is still space available. Contact Sue Eaton (seminars@sotc.info) on Thursday, October 31st to see if there are still openings. If you don’t contact Sue by Thursday, she cannot guarantee there will be lunch for you. Payment in full must be made on the first day of the seminar, no matter if you are attending one or both days.

You may sign up here, on line and pay through PayPal. There will be a $5 processing fee. This does NOT guarantee you a working spot as it is not first come, first served. All working spots will be given out by random draw for each of the three categories above. You may also mail a check made out to SOTC, Inc with your registration request. The day that the registration is received is the week that you will go in for the random draw UNLESS you register in a category that you are not eligible for. If that happens, the registration will be included in the correct group. If your registration is received AFTER a priority group is closed, you will be included in the current group for the random draw.


There is no discont on auditing, you can mix working and auditing spots.
Auditing spots are limited to 100 spots.
Walk in registration will be available if we do not fill by closing date..

Lunch, water, coffee/tea and snacks will be provided both days to both working spots and auditors. No special diets will be accommodated, so please plan accordingly.
